Living in Harmony with Nature
Part of what makes this place so special is its authentic connection to the surrounding landscape. Guests may encounter friendly resident dogs who help watch over the property. While they are not aggressive, they may bark, wander nearby, or greet visitors as part of daily life at EL AZAR.

The Pacific Ocean is a powerful and ever-changing force. From time to time, tides and waves may bring driftwood or ocean debris. Our team works diligently to clean and maintain the beachfront each day, but nature often leaves its signature behind.

As with any coastal destination, mosquitoes, insects, and local wildlife are part of the environment. They are generally more noticeable during the warmer months but may be present year-round. We encourage guests to bring insect repellent and embrace the experience of living close to nature.

The journey to EL AZAR is part of the adventure. Although very safe, the 3 km access road is unpaved in sections and can sometimes be rough, dusty, or uneven depending on weather conditions. While the drive may require a little patience, guests consistently tell us that the breathtaking ocean views, tranquility, and sense of escape are more than worth the journey.

EL AZAR operates with deep respect for the environment. Private wells supply our water, and our energy is generated through a solar power system. These resources are precious and allow us to offer a sustainable off-grid experience. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of their water and electricity usage so that together we can help preserve this extraordinary place for generations to come.

This Oceanfront 5-bedroom house rents in its entirety. You will not be sharing the kitchen, living areas, or bedrooms with the host or other guests. It ensures complete privacy, including all amenities, for the duration of your stay.

Please note that if the number of people in your group exceeds the house's capacity of 10, the 3 Villas, located directly behind the house, each accommodate 2-3 people and can be booked separately.

Just behind the two homes are six independent Oceana Villas, each accommodating up to three guests with a Queen or King and Twin bed in each room. Every villa features its own deep pool and enjoys both ocean and mountain views.

Set just behind the Oceana Villas are six spacious, two-level villas overlooking the main pool area. Each villa includes:
• Two bedrooms with king beds
• Full kitchen, living, and dining areas

Just behind the homes are six independent villas, each accommodating up to three guests with a queen and a twin bed. These come equipped with a microwave, a mini fridge, and a coffee maker. An outdoor BBQ area also exists for all 6 villas to share. Every villa features its own deep pool and enjoys both ocean and mountain views.

Two-Story WOW Villas with Jacuzzi & Pool and ocean views
Set just beyond are six spacious, two-level villas overlooking the main pool area. Each villa includes:
