HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFO:

⚠️ Occupancy: Maximum 12 guests (strictly enforced for safety and neighbor consideration)

⚠️ No Parties/Events: This is a family retreat, not an event venue. Quiet hours 9 PM - 9 AM

⚠️ Parking: Ample driveway parking for 4-5 vehicles plus RV parking

⚠️ Pet Policy: We allow pets but please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring any pets. We do not allow cats.

⚠️ Smoking: Strictly non-smoking inside. Designated outdoor smoking areas available.

⚠️ Lake Access Safety: Due to the steep drops to the lake, we do not provide direct lake access.

Guest Information:

Refundable Damage Deposit
A $750 refundable damage deposit will be held on your credit card during your stay and released within 5 business days after checkout, provided no damages occur.

Rental Agreement & Check-In Form
You`ll receive a short-term rental agreement and check-in form to sign electronically after booking. The check-in form is used for ID verification to prevent fraudulent bookings. Both are quick and secure to complete.
Please sign at least 48 hours before check-in to avoid cancellation. If you`d like to review the agreement before booking, just ask.

Exterior Cameras
For your safety, exterior cameras monitor the entrance and backyard. These are motion-activated and strictly for outdoor use.

Cancellation Fee
A 5% cancellation fee (as shown in cancellation policy) is charged on all bookings to cover payment processing fees.
No smoking allowed- security deposit will be charged if evidence of smoking
No candles allowed inside the home
No events or parties
No pets allowed unless explicitly set up prior to check-in- (fee may apply)
Quiet time between 9:00pm and 9 am to respect our neighbours
