The chalet offers both indoor and outdoor social areas designed for relaxation and connection, including a living room, dining space, and open areas for unwinding or working. It also features private parking with space for multiple vehicles. Access is direct and easy from the main road connecting Filandia and Quimbaya.

By making a reservation, you agree to comply with the following rules, designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for all guests. Our goal is for you to fully enjoy your stay; if any issue arises, please inform us before check out so we can assist you promptly. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. External visitors are not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and is only allowed on the terraces. Non compliance will result in a fine of 250,000 COP. Throwing trash from balconies or common areas is not allowed. We maintain a zero tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, parties, events, over occupancy, or inappropriate behavior. Violations may result in fines of up to three times the total reservation value and immediate termination of the stay without refund. The main guest must be of legal age and remain on the property for the entire stay. All occupants must be properly registered prior to arrival. Cancellations are subject to the policy in effect at the time of booking; no refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, or travel issues beyond our control. Additionally, interruptions in public services such as water, gas, electricity, or internet do not qualify for refunds, as these are external situations beyond our control. However, we will do our best to manage any issue with providers and restore services as quickly as possible.

It is also strategically located near attractions such as Parque del Café, Panaca, and Salento, making it easy to explore the region.

The chalet is easily accessible by car, located along the road connecting Filandia and Quimbaya. Private transportation is recommended for greater comfort during your stay. El Edén International Airport (Armenia) is approximately a 40 minute drive away. Our team can assist in arranging transportation or private services. The location allows easy access to the main attractions of the Coffee Region.

It accommodates up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms, three of them en suite with private bathrooms and walk in closets, plus two additional bathrooms, all with hot water. The social areas include a cozy living room, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen that flows naturally into the outdoor spaces. The infinity pool is one of the main highlights, visually merging with the mountain landscape stretching between Armenia and Pereira. The property also features a BBQ area, fire pit, and terraces ideal for enjoying time outdoors. With high speed Starlink WiFi, Smart TV, and multiple workspaces, it is perfect for both relaxation and remote work stays.

Check in is coordinated in advance with our team, who will share all necessary instructions before arrival. A local host will be available to welcome you and assist you during your stay. Late check ins have an additional fee: between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. (COP 50,000), and between 9:01 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. (COP 75,000). Check ins after 11:00 p.m. are not available. Unregistered external visitors are not allowed. The property features high speed WiFi, ideal for remote work.
