The Space:
Part of the Sea Colony resort, this two-story townhouse offers guests a plethora of fun, family-friendly amenities during your stay! Enjoy access to a private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, an in-season community shuttle, and year-round security. Boredom does not stand a chance here! Come back home from a fun-filled day to relax in the screened-in patio with a refreshing beverage in hand, or in the front porch area with a delicious meal. This air-conditioned home away from home boasts a roomy living area with an inviting sectional, a gas fireplace, and a flatscreen TV with cable to keep everyone entertained. But the entertainment at home does not stop there! Pull out any of the board games available and gather at the dining table for an entertaining evening at home. When mealtime comes around, put everything aside and prepare the dining table to host a delicious, homemade feast. The kitchen is now featuring an indoor Ninja grill. The kitchen has your back with all stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and utensils you could ever need to whip up the most delicious meals. Then, let the dishwasher clean everything up in the blink of an eye. This home also has a front porch area that you are welcome to use. All three bedrooms are located upstairs, along with two full bathrooms, and a laundry nook. The main bedroom has a small, private balcony with a cozy seating area and an en suite bath with a jetted tub and a standalone shower.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
