Checked into a condo with many problems, nothing was done to correct anything or compensate. Property owner did not care or take action. Our first full day in the condo we went with-out any running water. No working toilets, no showers, no sink working. Unable to shower, brush teeth, or even use the bathroom. It was back on by the time we returned in the evening, but it ruin every plan we had for our the day. Fireplace in the bed room didn’t work for our entire stay which was a big reason we chose this booking. Fan in master bath never worked so we had to use the second bathroom shower, which had massively clogged drain, taking hours to drain, making it gross and uncomfortable. Do not stay here.

When we arrived at the condo, there was a 10 digit number that needed to be entered on keypad. All 3 people of my party tried and it failed. Tried it at least 10 more time and it failed.Call host and they gave me another 10 digit number to try and it to failed. Called back again and got a 4 digit number and that to failed.Finally , they sent maintenance guy to check keypad and he said it works but you cannot hit number directly and had you had to come at an angle and that to didn't always work. I had hard time, but my brother did it. Still had issue with keypad throughout our stay. Took us 2 to 4 attempts to get in the condo. Other than that we had a great stay. Pool out front was not very impressive for a resort. Also, i will mention that because it is a resort, they have alot of luggage cart, but most of them are useless and wheel are broken. Not very helpful.

Great stay

This is the 2nd time using the Vrbo here and I recommend over the hotel rooms. We are comfortable here and there is plenty of room. Even for the quick 2 night stay I prefer this.

Pleasant stay

We had a very enjoyable stay in this condo. It was the perfect size for 4 adults. The resort is away from the busier parts of the Dells and was nice and quiet while we were there. The condo listing was accurate. Would definitely book here again. Thanks

Very nice place.

A very nice condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Added bonuses included were two fireplaces and a hot tub! Very clean and neat! Close to all activities. Definitely would stay here again!

We appreciated having the two bedrooms, two bathrooms and full kitchen and living space. It had dishes, basic kitchen utensils and coffee maker which made it easy to have meals at the condo. There was a lot of parking availability. It was perfect for a small group. It could have been a little cleaner in the shower and on the tables. There wasn't anything in walking distance but was an easy 9 minute drive to lots of food and activity options.

Kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals. Bathroom fan in master not working the TV is crooked and needs tightening had to prop something under a corner. Cold side of kitchen faucet needs replaced radiator in master clicks entire time it is on.

Spent over an hour trying to get into the unit because the keypad was malfunctioning. Called support and rhey said a local person would be dispatched. No one came. Called again and requested a backup key. Said a local person would bring one - was there for three days and no one came to bring a key .Unit had an oven but no hotpads or mitts or anything to get hot food out. Major safety issue. Unit had outdoor grills - no outdoor grill equipment to BBQ. Door jamb screws were loose preventing it from closing tight- we fixed that.Nail protruding from the chair cut my leg. Pillows were at best two inches thick and very lumpy. Could have found better at a motel 6. Flood light outside our room was flickering half the night. It finally got resolved. Kitchen faucet didn't turn off all the way. Unit had mold in master shower and on the bottom of the shower curtain - probably because about 4 inches of the shower curtain was laying on the shower floor. Elevator going to floor 3 didn't work- floor three button was broken. Had to lug everything up the stairs. The facility overall was beautiful but this unit was so poorly maintained and poorly equipped. Good price but be prepared for what is not in this unit.

Shore getaway with friends

Property was as described. Property was clean and very well supplied. It is very comfortable for two couples. Only negative is the toaster needs to be replaced as it didn’t work properly. A Keurig type coffee maker would also be a nice addition. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Stay, But Misleading Info About Water Park

The place was pretty good — the condo was totally comfortable. We reserved it through Vrbo, and the listing mentioned access to the water park. However, it didn’t state clearly that we would have to pay separately for it. It doesn’t make much sense to stay at the resort and not have free access to the water park.Also, we had an issue with the door code — we had to try more than five times before it finally worked.

Good stay for the Price

The condo is as shown. Some areas could use some updating or repair. Initial communication with host, especially via the VRBO site, was delayed or nonexistent, but once texting was available they were more responsive. If you are staying, you may want to bring bedding. Master bedroom had only a sheet and a coverlet similar to the sheet. Other than sheets, there was no bedding for the pullout couch either. Which may be fine in summer, but not early spring. All in all, it was the average stay at Chula Vista and good for the price.
