Take 200 steps from the front door to the Chub Road Beach Access. Your beach home features a spacious screened patio overlooking the private, solar-heated pool and the canal leading to the bay. Enjoy easy access to the canal for fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Bring your own equipment or rent locally and have it delivered. Blue By You is the perfect place to enjoy a long and relaxing vacation with friends and family. The first floor is a great fit for multi-generational gatherings featuring a primary suite with a spacious ensuite, complete with a newly remodeled, gorgeous walk-in shower. The second bedroom is across from a hall bathroom and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. A media library of books, movies, and games will keep everyone entertained after a fun day of sun, sand, and surfing. There are no stairs to navigate on the ground floor. A beautifully designed, well-equipped kitchen and dining area has two large islands featuring quartz countertops that seat guests. The kitchen flows into a family room with plenty of seating. Open the sliding door to gain access to a screened porch furnished with tables, a cushioned sectional, a mini-fridge, and a tropical bar. The large screened porch/sunroom provides refuge from the sun and a bug-free space to dine, play games, and gather to enjoy your family's company.
