Beach front vacation
Quiet location, walk out directly to the beach, with wonderful unrestricted views for sun, as well as moon, rises. One can sleep listening just the waves of the ocean.

Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed and sofa. Kitchen and bathrooms have been updated and help create a very pleasant atmosphere.

Amazing vacation!
Great place for a family of 4 on a beach vacation. The condo was clean and tidy when we arrived. I was blown away at the cleanliness of the resort and professionalism of the staff. We will be booking next year here after finding this gem. Thank you for the memories.

Perfect!!! Can’t imagine a better vacation destination. Our ocean front home was very nice for 2 people. Terrific ocean view. The Sea Colony community provides everything you could want. Can’t wait to go back there next year.

Clean & economical
We were looking for an economy place to stay during our recent trip to Bethany. That was clean & safe. This place fit the bill. Plus, had the added benefit of ocean views, sounds & beautiful sunrise. It has all the basics & is clean.
It could use updating of furniture & decorations.

We very much enjoyed our stay at 509 Dover. The place was much larger than shown in the photos. The condo was very clean, had strong wifi connection, and amazing view of the ocean. Would definitely recommend!
