Our very picky crew could not have been more impressed with this home! Our messages were all addressed ahead of time, instructions to get in were clear, location was absolutely perfect for beach/restaurant/shopping without needing to move a car. Pool was a furthest for the kids when we needed a beach break. Multiple spacious (& clean!) bathrooms accommodated adults and our teen girls without any issue. Cleanliness is usually our number one concern with rentals and this really met our needs. Plus, access to the vacuum meant we could pick up any rogue sand the little ones may have tracked in! Will definitely look to stay here again.

55 Maryland is a fantastic house in an amazing location with just two blocks from the beach and Rehoboth Avenue. The home is exceptionally well-appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.The layout is excellent, with a spacious primary bedroom on the main floor and three additional bedrooms upstairs, making it ideal for families or groups.There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The mattresses are quite firm, which several members of our group found uncomfortable. Additionally, the king bed on the second floor is very squeaky and noisy, making it difficult to sleep if either person moves during the night. The house also has a combination coffee maker/Keurig machine, but the Keurig function doesn't work very well. Replacing it with a standalone Keurig machine would be a worthwhile upgrade.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property. The location and the quality of the home far outweigh these minor issues.

Great house and pool, close to the beach

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at this home (6 adults, 1 child). The pool was perfect for our preschooler, and we also enjoyed the grill and how spacious the house is. It’s a short walk to the boardwalk and beach!

Great location, very clean

This house was great, perfect location, close to everything in town and we were very impressed with how clean it was. The only suggestion we have is that they supply toilet paper and trash bags, there were none in the house when we got there, otherwise it was a great stay!

Everything was great! Only one item….the beds were not so comfy but I would say typical for rentals. Everything else was awesome, the space was clean, the house had everything we needed for cooking. The laundry tubs were clean and the out door space was good. The porch was excellent for people watching and reading!

Perfect Thanksgiving visit

Home was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Supplied basics such as soaps, linens and towels and starter supply of TP and paper towels. It was on a quiet street yet close to the beach and all the Rehoboth Ave shops/restaurants. Nice large living room for family and the chef's kitchen for meals were perfect for our Thanksgiving stay. Check in and check out were easy.

We loved this property. The location was wonderful. The home was immaculate. You can tell the owners love this property and the management group takes an excellent care of it. Beautiful home, great location!

What a fantastic home to stay in while in Rehoboth. We were so close to the beach and main strip of restaurants and shopping. The house’s rooms and amenities were magnificent and we felt like we were in a 5-star hotel! Cannot say enough about this place and how wonderful a time we had here. Beach 2020

I highly recommend this property. It was extremely clean and perfect for our family. The house was just a short walk to the beach and lots of stores and restaurants. The pool was an added bonus as it was great to jump in after a long day at the beach. We will certainly be returning. Great house and proximity to the beach and boardwalk!

We really loved this house. The location and proximity to the beach and boardwalk couldn't be beat. The pool was perfect for our whole family and you don't need the pool heated when it's this hot during the summer. The pool has really cool color changing lights for fun night swimming. If you have trouble getting into pools, just be aware that there is no handrail to get in. The only real complaints we had was that there was not enough cleaning supplies, garbage bags or paper products. The towels are small and cheap feeling, but ultimately that didn't detract from our excellent stay. We'd definitely stay again!

Lovely beach home

The home is so nicely done very good taste. However the dishwasher was broken the week before and during our stay. The picnic table umbrella is broke and the yard needed mowed when we arrived and still wasn’t mowed when we left.
