For your comfort and safety:

Emergencies: For urgent issues such as floods, leaks, fires, or sewage backups, maintenance is available 24/7.

Non-Emergencies: For general issues, maintenance is available daily from 9 AM – 6 PM and will be addressed the following day if it is after 6pm.

🌿 Regular Operations During Your Stay:

Lawn Care: The lawn may be mowed during your stay. Please remove any lawn games or personal items from the yard to allow the crew to work efficiently.

❄️ Snow Removal Notice:
Our plow service works diligently around the clock to clear driveways and keep the property accessible. Please keep in mind that they service multiple homes in the area, so we appreciate your patience and understanding if there’s a short wait during heavy snowfall.

This A-frame home offers a unique, cozy charm with a layout that’s a bit different from a traditional house. The angled roof creates sloped ceilings, so some areas—like along the walls or in loft spaces—have lower headroom, while the center of the home feels open and airy.
Please note that access to the loft is via stairs that are steeper than a traditional staircase, which is common in A-frame designs.

PLEASE NOTE: This property is located on a lake, which means you may encounter some of the natural critters that come with it. Bugs and cobwebs are common in lakeside environments, but rest assured — the property is thoroughly cleaned before each stay. Please understand that additional pest control or cobweb removal is not provided during your stay. There are also train tracks across the road. There are short trains that go through but are not a constant disturbance.
