This marvelous coastal condo in The Capri offers guests the opportunity to try incredible community amenities, such as a lighted enclosed pool, exercise room, tennis courts, saunas, game room, and indoor basketball court. Enjoy access to the building’s enclosed pool, available year-round. While covered and protected from the elements, it is not a fully indoor pool. This bright and welcoming condo has pristine flooring, a private balcony with great views of the ocean and the beach, free WiFi, air-conditioning, a living room with comfortable furnishings and a flatscreen TV with cable, a fully-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, a breakfast bar, and all the conveniences of home! Escape here, and make memories that last.



*Please be aware: The Capri building will be undergoing a balcony restoration project during the off-season. Construction is scheduled Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no construction taking place on weekends. Construction noise should be expected during these hours.*



Things to Know

No smoking is allowed on this property.

PARKING: ONE parking space available. (Space 132). There is a $75 per week, non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri. This payment is separate from your reservation and will due upon check-in (in the office located on the second floor during regular hours of operation and at the security desk after hours). If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 Per day or $55 per week for each space. Parking permits must be displayed at all times. Do not park in any other assigned space at the risk of being towed at your own expense.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
