The Space:

You need only head downstairs and walk out the door to be on the Ocean City Boardwalk at Polynesian 309, an oceanfront condo in the very heart of town.



As you enter, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning, free WiFi, and fantastic views from both the oceanfront living room and balcony. You can prepare breakfast in the fully appointed kitchen each morning, bring your plates outside to the bistro table on the balcony, and sip your coffee in a rocking chair overlooking the beach.



The Polynesian is an oceanfront building located right on the boardwalk between 3rd and 4th Streets. In the surrounding blocks, you'll find all sorts of dining, shopping, and entertainment, from Ripley's Believe It or Not! to Trimpers Rides of Ocean City.

Great Location

We loved being right on the boardwalk so my mother could “people watch.” Very convenient for grabbing a cup of morning coffee or watching the sunrise. The property was surprisingly quiet despite all the activity outside. The manager on site was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent location right on the boardwalk and directly across from the beach. Condo was clean. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but would certainly stay here again!

Updated, clean, comfy condo with huge ocean-front balcony on boardwalk

Nice "beachy" condo with everything you need. Of special note: great water pressure, large shower with nice showerhead, rocking recliner for naps and rocking chairs on the huge deck with view of ocean. Despite being on the boardwalk, it seemed pretty quiet and I slept well in the comfy bed. For the price, a good place to stay.

Comfortable Modern Unit on Boardwalk!

We were very pleased with this condo unit. Nice furnishings, very good kitchen with modern appliances. Single bedroom with reasonably solid & comfortable queen bed. Unit has a Keurig and standard coffee maker for caffeine junkies, bring your own K-cups or grounds. Third floor toward north end, elevator to get gear up. Nice walk-in shower. Very clean overall, nice view of ocean across boardwalk. Could be tight for family with kids beyond toddlers, but great for a couple. We were pleased and will return!

The room was very clean and nice just as VRBO presented it to be I rented based off the laundry in the room. But it was locked up and I had to use the building laundry. I contacted VRBO for the code and was not returned the call after a ticket was initiated

Views and location

The highlight of this condo is the ocean views and it’s located on the boardwalk and close to so many restaurants. The kitchen seemed well stocked with cookware, utensils and dishes. The bed is a bit hard for my preference, but it was quiet in the bedroom. The patio was open on the sides, so you can see all your neighbors. The amenities as far as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were sparse or nonexistent. ***Bring your own coffee grounds!*** Warning: My husband found and killed a cockroach in the kitchen when we arrived, so do not leave your food out.

Excellent location and place to stay

We’ve rented from this place for a couple of years. We love the location on the boardwalk and the size of the unit. It has a great balcony overlooking the boardwalk and easy access to all the hot spots. A few things that were a bit disappointing was the lack of monitoring the parking lot designated for Polynesian resisdents only. There were multiple times we witnessed cars parked with no parking permit. At one point the lot was full and there were no spots left for people who were staying at the Polynesian. The cleanliness of our place could have been better as well. There was mold in the shower, caulking around the shower floor was tearing away, and the ceiling fans looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Overall, we really enjoy staying here and look forward to coming back year after year.
