Well-equipped for big families or multiple families vacationing together, this property has comfortable sleeping for everybody without anyone having to sleep on a pull-out sofa! The open-concept kitchen features upscale appliances and an adjoining sitting area, great for entertaining or just relaxing together. The owner has included many little touches and upgrades for complete convenience on your vacation, such as extra kitchenware and lots of countertop gadgets. Furnished front porches offer a peaceful spot to enjoy bay breezes and a quaint island atmosphere. There is free WiFi for your convenience, as well as a two-car garage and a parking pad, for a total of three-car parking. Additional luxuries include three flatscreen TVs and an outdoor shower, great after a long day on the beach.

Things to Know

A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
