The Space:

Sit on your private balcony and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean as you sip your morning coffee. This oceanfront building in North Ocean City is a beautiful three-bedroom condo with ocean views as well as views of the outdoor pool at Rainbow. Walk out the door and you're right on the beach to enjoy the surf and sand. North Ocean City is a great area where you are close enough to walk to Gold Coast Mall, hop down and indulge in great local food, or let the kids jump on the rides at Trimper's and play the arcade games. The full kitchen has plenty of room for you to make a meal for everyone, with seating available at the dining room table or at the breakfast bar just behind it. The living and dining room opens up to the large furnished balcony to appreciate the ocean views and coastal air. The living room has a large sectional and TV for everyone to join around and catch a late-night movie. The primary bedroom has a bed and TV along with an en suite that features dual sinks and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has two beds and its own TV as well. The third bedroom is great for kids thanks to the fun sleeping options and the TV to watch their favorite shows. The washer and dryer are in a closet just off the kitchen so you have a convenient way to toss in your wet beach clothes after a day at the beach. If you need to bring your laptop, the free WiFi throughout has you covered. Other on-site building amenities include a beachfront outdoor pool, an outdoor kiddie pool, and of course, it's beachfront! Things to Know Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This condo exceeded our expectations - check in was very simple, there are signs everywhere pointing to registration where you have to register your vehicles. We didn’t have any challenges as another review had pointed out. The condo was sparkling clean, in a great location, and communication with the owner was always fast and helpful. We would definitely return and are looking at the calendar to book our next trip!

My family and I had a nice time. Easy access to the beach, and close to the Food Lion and other stores. Beds were comfortable and TVs in every room was convenient. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for a long weekend and the place was so nice! Very spacious, clean, and great location. Short walk down to the beach and a good size pool. My only minor critique is the check in process was a little confusing- when you walk into the building you have to go up to 1st floor for the office- there are no signs telling you this so we had to reach out to them. They did respond very quickly tho- great communication! They did provide a good amount of towels, dishes, etc. but couldve used some basics like sugar, laundry detergent, etc. Overall we had a great stay- would definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful stay overall and gave it 4 stars. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect. The pool was wonderful, and the patio was definitely our favorite spot. We sat out there every evening watching the waves and talking—it was so relaxing!The kitchen was great, although our stay was short so we mainly just used the refrigerator. The furniture was clean, but the couch could use an update as it was very soft and would sink down quite a bit when sitting.Our biggest issue was the master bedroom mattress. It was extremely soft and uneven, almost like there was a thick pad on top, and we found it very uncomfortable. A new mattress would make a big difference.The showers are also extremely narrow. Curved/oval shower rods would be a simple improvement that could provide a little more elbow room.One other suggestion is to clarify the after-hours parking instructions. It would be helpful to have a note explaining that guests can park in their assigned spot and pay for parking at the office the next morning. Also, the parking email lists spot 505, but the actual spot is based on your room number, which was confusing.Other than those things, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!
