Property was a great location. No air conditioning was a real bummer as it was close to 85-90 degrees most of the time and very hot in the house.

The house was clean and served our needs during or stay. It was close to downtown and the beach. The check-in process was terrible. The door codes that were given to us did not work. We spent 45 minutes outside, trying to get a hold of someone.

Super cute house! Very clean. Nice shaded back yard. Master bedroom with a walk out porch to back yard was awesome. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels too. Bathroom is quite large and has a jet bathtub I loved! House is also larger than it looks. We were very happy with the location. The Neighborhood is very very nice. My only drawback was no air conditioning or central air and unfortunately it was very warm out when we were there! But I would definitely rent again.

Great place!

Really homey place to stay walking distance from downtown and the beach. You can see the lake from the driveway! Really quiet and peaceful. Would stay here again.

This property is managed by VueStay Michigan. When we arrived, we discovered that all the lights and outlets in the dining area did not work as well as the lights in one of the bedrooms. Attempts to contact VueStay via text were met with canned replies that were probably generated by a chatbot. We were only staying for two nights. On the second day, someone did show up, but he didn't have a key to access the electrical panel. That was the last communication we had from VueStay, other than the canned text that we hoped we had enjoyed our stay, etc. I will never again rent an accommodation managed by this company or its parent Casago. The house itself was ok. There was a singular lack of any kind of extras that one normally finds in rentals - no salt and pepper, spices, coffee, etc. No left over packages of pasta or canned goods left by previous tenants. It was very bare bones, so anyone who does decide to rent this place better come fully equipped with all their supplies.

Great location by lake

Great location in walking distance to the lake with beach area, picnic tables, and marina. Enough room/beds for 10 people w extra bedding. Well supplied with toilet paper, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. It was clean and great outdoor space.

Lovely little community. Just 2 blocks from the marina/lake.

Within walking distance to the lake, beach and restaurants & coffee shop in Boyne City. Quiet area. Luckily it wasn’t to hot outside when we were there and the fans provided weee enough air flow. We brought a couple of our own after we realized the unit had no a//c. Great location.
