I’m really sorry for the inconveniences you experienced with the limited coffee mugs, the dishwasher being locked shut, the broken firepit chair, limited towels, and the small toiletries. I understand these things can be frustrating. I appreciate you for communicating all the outlined issues to us. Regarding the dishwasher, the repair was delayed because we were waiting for parts to be shipped, but we’re working to get it fixed as soon as possible.
