Relaxing Family Getaway
Property was wonderful for a larger family. We had 4 adults, 3 teenagers and a baby and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked making family meals possible which was a plus for us. Pool area and gas grill were a definite hit with the family. We couldn't have picked a better house to enjoy a week in Florida!

The house layout and neighborhood was absolutely perfect!
Everyone was able to have their own space in this house. We woke up to the sun shining in the backyard through the lanai.Great central location for us. We went on a lot of walks and the people in the neighborhood were very friendly:)

Great house for the price!
Great house for the price! Our party of 8 and 3 dogs had plenty of room. The 1st morning we were there we even saw some dolphins in the canal. Basic necessities were available but if you want more then bare minimum then bring your own. (Ex. Deck of cards, games, hand towels, extra towels, etc) overall we had a great stay.

Wonderful Stay
Very clean and spacious home. Quiet and nice neighborhood.We loved the pool and the amenities if the home. It`s pretty far from everything but we brought items to cook on certain days and picked the days we went out. Very relaxing visit for our family... would definitely do it again!!

Cold pool , we basically could not use the pool . 3 weeks too cold to use the pool . And it was 8...
The price is too high for with our a pool . Was very clean and nice in the house . Dirty around the yard and deck .

Great location, big house.
The house was super clean inside. The outside could use some love but all in all in was a nice house. Just a heads up, you will wake up one morning at 7am to a text received after midnight about a noise complaint when you made sure your kids were inside by 10 pm every night. I recommend staying at hotel if you want to be able to use the pool until 10 like most hotels allow.

There are pros and con for this property The cons can easily be fixed if the owners would invest in the property. We did contact the rental agent for some of the issues they delivered a vacuum since the one in the house stoped functioning. They repaired a towel rack that was too loose to use and delivered us propane for the grill.The house is nicely designed with the master bedroom on the opposite side of the house . There is a den and a living room. It can sleep 8,but all tables and chair configuration were for 6.The pool is styled so that you can do lap swimming. The pool does not have a heater. The out door space is very good. The yard is not fenced in it is an on leash only property.(we did-not have a pet with us)The house appeared clean when we arrived. Unfortunately When I changes the sheets the mattress pads and pillow protectors had stains. When I removed the pads to wash. One of the beds in the room with 2 full beds had 2 very large mattress staines.Rug was stained in the living room upon arrival ,It appeared that they tried to clean it. The walls could use cleaning or painting. The pantry door bottom slide was broken. We reported the issues .We did not expect them to fix them during our stay. The small bathroom tub had rust and ware markers. The washing machine would shake during the rinse cycle no matter how carefully we loaded it.We did not report the washing machine or mattress. I assumed cleaning staff had to be aware. Rental was 5 weeks.

Vacation Rental Cape Coral FL
There were many issues with the booking process that I won`t get into. In a nutshell, Red Awning is involved with this rental property. Please go look them up with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and you`ll see what I mean related to `issues`. Not a reputable company to work with. I`d go thru AirBnB or VRBO for any rental property. They are very accomidating, compassionate, and helpful on the 1st call, not the 30th call. I`d stay away from this property because of Red Awning for sure.

Winter Get-a-way
Enjoyed our time away from the cold of the Midwest! Wife and I stayed for a month, mid-Jan to mid-Feb. And daughter, son-in-law and two grandkids visited for a week.Pros: The house was spacious and well laid out, worked great for 6 of us the week we had visitors. Nice area, plenty of outdoor dining options during Covid. Lots of bike trails you can reach right out of the neighborhood, they are paved and along the road however. We did haul our bikes to Sanibel several times during our stay. Great high-speed internet, lots of working televisions, and nice view of pool and canal. Great sliding doors that fully open, basically eliminating the wall of windows between the living room and patio/pool. Very comfortable bed in Master bedroom.Cons: Old paint, should be freshened up. Plenty of big towels, but only 2 dish towels and poor quality frying pans. We had to buy a frying pan and extra dish towels. Disappointed we couldn`t store our bikes in the garage which is locked and not useable. Furniture looks nice, but not very comfortable. As we were there for a month, a vacuum would have been nice and some cleaning supplies. Wish there was an option to pay to heat the pool as it was very cold, only the grandkids would get in it.
