Hot Tub Home with Movie Room in Roswell

Your evening ends in the hot tub on the screened-in patio, the house quiet behind you, after a movie in the finished basement.

Roswell is close by car: the Chattahoochee Nature Center is 11 minutes away, and Roswell Town Square, Barrington Hall and Primrose Cottage are 12. Roswell Mill is 13 minutes out, and North Springs Station, 23 minutes away, connects you to Atlanta. Moe's Southwest Grill is a 15-minute walk, and Westfield Tavern 17.

Five bedrooms give everyone room: a primary suite with a king bed, plus queen, two full and a twin room. The open living areas and formal dining room make dinner at home easy, and the kitchen island, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and ice maker handle the cooking.

Downstairs, the basement is set up for downtime with a movie space and a game room, and there is fitness equipment for a morning workout.

Settling in takes minutes: garage and driveway parking, washer and dryer, a desk with a desk chair, Wi-Fi, towels and linens, and room for up to two dogs under 50 lb. Stays of 30 nights or more include utilities and Wi-Fi.

For the safety of our guests and our property, we use a standard guest verification and damage waiver program. After booking, you will receive a link from our 3rd party provider Truvi to verify your identity and electronically sign our rental agreement. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and takes just a minute.

Please note that your reservation is pending until the above mentioned items are completed. Failure to complete the verification may result in the reservation being canceled per our house rules.

For longer stays (30+ days), we may require a background check and signed Lease Agreement.

However, due to Georgia’s climate—especially during the warm and humid summer months—an occasional outdoor bug may still find its way inside. The occasional presence of a common outdoor insect does not indicate an infestation or cleanliness issue and, by itself, is not grounds for a refund or cancellation.
