For added convenience, guests have access to bikes, an electric scooter, and an EV charger to help you get around with ease.

Parking is available on-site. The driveway is shared with a neighboring home, so please park in designated areas and keep access clear.

Late Check-Out: Late check-out is subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Additional fees may apply. Unauthorized late check-outs or extensions beyond the approved check-out time will be charged $100.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we strictly enforce house rules:

• Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited
• Any violation will result in immediate termination of the stay, removal from the property, and a $3,000 fine
• No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property
