Located just 10 feet from the shoreline of a scenic all-sports lake, our property is the perfect basecamp for outdoor adventure. Step outside to enjoy fishing, boating, paddleboarding, floating, snorkeling, and more—right from your doorstep.

The space

You will be in your own apartment inside this large home with your own bathroom, living room with a new pull out queen sofa, office area, 1- bedroom with a king bed and kitchen.
You have your own private entrance.
There are two apartments next to each other. The other apartment next to this one is called "Off the Hook!". Both apartments are on the second story. You do have to climb a fight of stairs to reach both apartments. Both apartments have a beautiful new deck overlooking Pickerel Lake. There is a divider screen on the deck to separate the two areas. Under the deck is a grilling area complete with sink and all utensils needed.

If your family is renting both apartments we will retract the privacy screen so the whole top deck will be for your family to share.

Guest access
You will have your own private entrance in this one bedroom apartment with a deck over looking the lake. You are literally on top of the water! You can fish off the deck! You have an outdoor sofa set and a sun lounger set.

Other things to note
We’re just minutes from the Muskegon River, offering even more opportunities for tubing, kayaking, fishing, and boating. Across the street, Camp Henry features horseback riding and additional outdoor experiences for all ages.

For land-based fun, you’ll find Big Air Motocross Track nearby, along with several top-rated golf courses. After a day of exploring, unwind with a visit to one of the area’s fabulous restaurants or browse the local gift shops.

The space includes one bedroom with a king-size bed and a brand-new queen sleeper sofa in the living room, providing a comfortable stay for couples or small groups.

Whether you're chasing thrills or seeking peace in nature, this is the perfect getaway for outdoor lovers. We also rent paddle boards, pontoons and jet skis for extra added fun! Pricing is listed in your apartment. Kayaks are free to use at your own risk. Pickerel Lake is attached to three other beautiful lakes...Kimball Lake, Sylvan Lake and Emerald Lake.
