The living room anchors the space with a 50-inch Roku TV, the master bedroom has its own 50-inch Roku TV, and both the bunk room and third bedroom are outfitted with 42-inch Roku TVs. Every screen is streaming-ready - log into your favorite apps and settle in.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked and ready for everything from morning coffee to a full lakeside dinner. You'll find a coffee maker, blender, toaster, complete cookware including baking and roasting pans, a full set of knives, and all the prep tools you need. Dishware and glassware (including wine glasses) are provided per guest. The dishwasher makes cleanup quick so you can get back to the view.

4 Roku smart TVs with streaming capabilities throughout the unit. Spectrum high-speed WiFi keeps everyone connected.

Outdoor



Step out to the shared outdoor pool and cool off after a morning on the lake. A tennis court sits right next to the pool for guests who want to work up a different kind of sweat. Please note the pool is closed overnight.



Community Amenities



Waters Edge is part of The Knolls community, which includes a shared outdoor pool and tennis court. Pool hours are limited - closed at night and overnight. Dumpsters are conveniently located at the end of each building on each tier level.



Guest Access:

Self check-in is simple and seamless - with coded smart lock. Parking is available for 2 vehicles with parking passes in the paved lot. The driveway is steep and narrow, so take it slow on the way in. GPS will get you here without issues.
