No private grill or fire pit at this unit. The paved community parking area and front entry are well kept, and the community pools nearby are the main outdoor draw during summer months.



Community Amenities



Two community pools are available to guests - one near building 92 and one near building 214. Pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend and are not heated. Please note that the docks are not for guest use, and there is no beach water access at this property. Furniture adjacent to the condo unit belongs to another owner and is not available for guest use.



Guest Access:

Check-in is a breeze with a self-service smart lock at the front entrance. Two parking spaces are included in the paved parking lot. To reach the front door, plan for 5 steps up and then 14 to 20 steps down - worth keeping in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations. The host is available if you have questions during your stay, but otherwise you'll have the place entirely to yourselves.
