The Space:

Spend your days chasing the shoreline and your evenings winding down somewhere comfortable - Cape Canaveral puts rocket launches, barrier island beaches, and fresh seafood all within easy reach, and this condo gives you a relaxed, well-equipped base for all of it.

 

Living space

The layout is open and easy-going, designed to work well for couples, small families, or a group of friends. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep things cool after time in the Florida sun, and a TV is on hand for movie nights or quiet downtime.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom has a queen bed, and the bonus room fits two twin beds - a flexible setup that works well for extra guests or kids. Full bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are all provided.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook in: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine glasses, dishes, silverware, and cooking basics including pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper. Coffee is included so your mornings start without a detour.

 

Bathroom

The bathroom has a bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, cleaning products, and hot water - everything covered for a comfortable stay.

 

Beach essentials & bikes

Beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are all included - so your days by the water are sorted before you even leave the condo. Two bikes are available to cruise the neighborhood or ride toward nearby beach access points.

 

Practical details

Check in on your own schedule via smart lock - no coordination needed. One assigned parking spot is included, with additional guest parking available on premises. Onsite coin laundry is available for longer stays (note: in-unit washer is not available). Iron, hangers, and clothing storage are on hand, and the unit is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

 

Location

Cape Canaveral sits at the heart of Florida's Space Coast. Beaches, local dining, and Kennedy Space Center are all a short drive away. If a launch is scheduled during your stay, this is one of the better spots on the coast to catch it - check the launch calendar and plan around it.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.



Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Cape Canaveral, this area offers a relaxed coastal vibe with easy access to beautiful beaches, local dining spots, and nearby attractions. You’re just a short drive from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier and close to Kennedy Space Center, making it a great home base for both beach days and exploring the Space Coast.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple with one assigned parking spot and additional guest parking available on the side of the building. The area is bike-friendly, and the included bikes make it easy to explore nearby beach access points and local spots. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available for quick trips around town.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
