This home is ideal for guests who want a clean, functional, and well-located place to stay while exploring Los Angeles.
Guests will have access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ADU. There is a locked cleaner’s closet located in the master's bedroom, which is not accessible to guests. The main house on the property is occupied by the owner; however, both the main house and ADU have separate private entrances, ensuring privacy throughout your stay.
• This is a second-floor unit (stairs required, no elevator)
• No separate living room (TV is located in the dining area)
To keep things comfy, clean, and relaxing for everyone, we kindly ask guests to follow these simple guidelines:
𝗡𝗼 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 / 𝗩𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴
We’re all about that fresh-air feeling! Please keep the space smoke-free, inside and out. A $500 fee may apply if there is any evidence of smoking on the property, to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆
We’d love to know who’s staying with us! For everyone’s safety, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Unregistered guests may incur a $20 per night, per guest fee.
