Stunning Mountain View Adirondack Home on Crow Hill in Indian Lake New York

Come enjoy our wildflower gardens, hummingbirds, butterflies and deer in fields below! All while taking in the views of the mountains through many if the rooms in hkme as well as off the back deck and down by the firepit! The primary bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted tv, and ample storage space. A window air conditioner and ceiling fan are provided to help cool off in the summer months .
The other upstairs bedroom has two separate twin beds, low cieling but great for kids as it was my childhood room! A smart roku wall-mounted tv, dresser, and a stand up fan.

The living room is similar to a screened in porch, with cathedral ceilings and wall to wall windows overlooking the lower fields and beautiful mountain views. While we encourage you to unplug, full Wifi and internet access, as well as netflix and roku are available for stay-at-home entertainment.

For an extra guest, there is a twin size day bed available in the small room that opens into the living room.

The bathroom includes a stand up shower stall and a hair dryer for convenience. Towels and soaps are included. The open kitchen provides more beautiful views of the mountains with a slider out to the porch. The kitchen contains a gas stove/oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, dining room table and kitchen island. The Laundry room is located off the kitchen, with washer and dryer for your convenience.

There is a patio dining table on deck as well with an umbrella. It is a great space to sit and enjoy the mountain views, bird watch, and observe the deer that frequent the field below in the morning and night. The front porch offers overhead lighting, cover from the weather, as well as seating in the most comfortable Adirondack Chairs. There are two Weber gas grills on the front porch that can be used to grill breakfast, lunch and dinner for those who prefer to cook outdoors.

Guests can enjoy a pleasant stay with heating and air conditioning to keep the temperature just right. Whether you're unwinding or catching up on work, this wonderful home provides a peaceful setting. Flower gardens and frequent hummingbirds make the walk to lower back yard seating and firepit an experience to remember! There are plenty of yard games and kids toys in the shed such as badminton, bocce, tonka trucks and beach toys to be enjoyed by all ages.

There is full access from the property to snowmobile trails, hiking trails, and 1/2 mile walk to downtown Indian Lake center and the convenience store. Lakes and rivers frequented by whitewater rafters, kayaking, canoeing, and power boats are minutes away by car. As well as multiple ski resorts. Whether you are here for tranquility or adventure, we hope you enjoy everything Indian Lake has to offer.
