This Condo does not come with a boat slip but you can call Deerfield Cove Marina at 423-907-9755 to rent a boat slip. Deer Hill Village has a swim pool and it’s like a 5 minute walk from the condo and a minute drive. Remember to bring your own bath and kitchen towels plus toilet paper and trash bags.
