The Space:

Step inside to a welcoming open layout designed for comfort and easy living. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and features counter seating for four, along with a dedicated coffee station offering both drip and Keurig options to start your mornings right. Just beyond, a dining table for four creates a cozy space for meals or game nights. The living room invites you to unwind with a smart TV, board games, a comfortable couch, and armchairs arranged for conversation. Sliding doors open to a private sunroom filled with natural light and plenty of seating — the perfect spot to sip coffee, read a book, or relax after a day exploring the lake.



This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, access to the sunroom, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a twin size trundle, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.

• This home is a one-level, first-floor, walkdown unit with 16 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• Portable crib available.

• Long-term stays allowed.
