Guest Access:

We use smart lock to access the house. Code will be shared on your arrival date 10AM.

Other Things to Note:

- Please make sure to indicate the accurate number of people who will be staying overnight. Base price is set for 6 people, additional guests will be charged for extra. Only registered guests are allowed for overnight stay.



- NO SMOKING in the house, including the garage. NO PARTY. Please treat the house and the community with kindness and respect. Quiet time after 10pm.



- As Seattle area can be rainy and muddy, no outdoor shoes are allowed inside the house. For your comfy, please pack indoor shoes for your trip.



- If guests are using this property as a monthly rental, we will provide initial/set up consumable supplies, such as coffee/tea/paper etc. Guests can stock up anything they used up during their stay. Please use utilities at a reasonable level, owner will cover up to $350 w/s/e/g per month. Excessively waste of utilities will be deducted from guests. Cleaning during longer stay period can be arranged at guests' costs.
