Lovely Family owned and cherrished Vacation Home with Pool on the water

Are you looking for a place to relax and feel at home from the minute you walk through the door?

If so, stop searching because my parents beautiful vacation house might exactly be the right place for you.

Our home is located on one of Cape Coral's many water Canals and impresses not only with its attractive layout, but also with its charming style.
My mom and dad put all their love and time in and around it to make it easy for everyone to just feel at home.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pool bath, an open kitchen, living room, dining room and a laundry room.
Long story short it offers enough space for 6 guests and the opportunity to wash your recently purchased clothing from the many outlets around us.

Furthermore, the spacious pool and it’s terrace provide many amenities as well, such as unforgettable sunsets and/or a nice BBQ with Friends.
Our US style Grill is ready to go and looking forward to grill your steaks.

The pool itself will always provide „your“ perfect temperature since it can be heated in the summertime with our solar system and in the wintertime with our electrical pool heating system.

The pool area is furnished with a comfortable dining area, 4 sun loungers and 4 poly wood Adirondack chairs. In the event it is a rainy day, no worries, our pool area is partly covered.

A small path will lead you through our palm trees to our boat dock. From there you can watch some locals like turtles, ducks, iguanas aso (by the way since we Love and protect our little neighbors...fishing/hunting of/on our property is strictly prohibited).

As for your Vehicles, your car will easily find its home in our garage and the other one can rest in our Driveway.

Since this house is my parents second home when they are here, the house is equipped very well in regards of kitchen equipment, Apple TV, 2 TV's, Beach Accessories, Towels, Bed Sheets (you name it) and they happily share almost everything with you while they are out.
Sun loungers are available and 2 bikes lean against the wall (use at your own Risk).

Publix, Target, Aldi and several Restaurants are right around the corner or just some minutes to drive away.

The end price you see here will include your Rental Price, Final Clean up after you leave, Sales tax, Tourist Tax, Vrbo's booking Fees and Utilities (appropriate Usage/Consumption). Meaning everything is ready to go.
There is just one more thing....since we are unable to offer free cancelation, we HIGHLY suggest to invest in a TRAVEL INSURANCE which will give you a peace of mind while you are preparing for your Stay in Cape Coral.
