This is a private guest house allocated for family enjoyment and rental purposes. We consider it a privilege to rent this property and as such require that Renter treats it with respect and observe the rules that are as follows:

No Parties.

No Fireworks.

No Pets

No more than 3 vehicles parked in driveway. Trailers must be pre- approved.

Keep food/drinks/shoes off carpeted areas.

By completing the reservation, Renter acknowledges this disclaimer and agrees to follow the rules. If any are violated, Renter is subject to removal from the property, and any rental fees or deposits may be forfeited.

In the event any damage is done, Renter may be subject to further legal action. Additionally, Renter agrees to pay the cost of any damage to property that occurred during the rental period, any lost rental income associated with the repairs of the damage, as well as reimburse owner for any legal costs associated with the recovery of said funds.
