I appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the experience for I’m sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the air conditioner during your stay. As soon as you notified me, I had a technician working to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, repairs can sometimes take longer than expected. Based on our conversations, the temperature in the house did not exceed 78°F, which is considered safe for all guests, including newborns. Regarding the outlets, I wish you had mentioned any issues during your stay so I could have addressed them immediately. The home is newly built, and I strive to keep everything in perfect working order. The listing does note the proximity to the railroad track, and while I understand everyone has different preferences, this is the first time I’ve received feedback about the neighborhood being "sketchy." The area is a blend of long-term residents and some rentals, and while I do not own the apartment across the street, I have not had similar concerns from other guests. As for the Wi-Fi, it is reliable as long as it remains plugged in, and I was glad we could resolve that quickly during your stay.
