Welcome to Marquee! This 4th floor, 450 sq ft studio is set in a historic 1920’s prewar condo building in the heart of Nob Hill—one of Portland’s most walkable and charming neighborhoods.
Inside, you’ll find a queen-size murphy bed with blackout curtains, a comfortable living area with a Smart TV, and a large closet for extended stays. The fully outfitted kitchen includes everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal.
There is a dedicated workspace and high-speed WiFi to make remote work easy. Enjoy lots of natural light, A/C in the summer, and free on-site laundry on the first floor. The building offers a secure entrance, an elevator, and your own reserved parking space.
Step outside and you’re just moments from Portland favorites like Ken’s Bakery (2 min walk), Trader Joe’s (4 min), pet friendly Couch Park (4 min walk), Salt & Straw and other fun stores and restaurants on NW 23rd Avenue! Hospitals and transit are close by:

Pet-friendly and perfectly located, this studio offers the best of city living with the comfort of home.
Guests have private access to the studio apartment, including the full kitchen, bathroom, on-site laundry (shared), outdoor courtyard (communal), and downstairs gym on the first floor. You'll also have your own dedicated off-street parking spot and can enjoy easy, flexible entry with the smart lock.
Please note: There is a locked chest located in the closet that is not accessible to guests — it is used for owner storage. All other areas in the studio are for your use.
Laundry is located on the first floor when you enter the side door turn left down the first hallway, across from the mailboxes is the laundry room door. Laundry is free.
Courtyard- the courtyard is shared with all residents. No smoking is allowed in the courtyard. MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR KEYS WITH YOU THE DOOR TO THE COURTYARD AUTOMATICALLY LOCKS.
The mailbox number is 408. The key is on the keychain.
The studio condo is perfectly situated in a lively urban neighborhood, which means you may hear the sounds of the city. Most guests find this adds to the charm of staying in such a vibrant area, but we’ve also provided white noise machines for added comfort. Additionally, this unit is located next to the elevator so you will hear the elevator coming and going from time to time and may hear other residents moving through the halls.
This building is a condo unit building. The residents are friendly and kind. Most are owners who live in the building. The laundry is located in the 1st floor and is shared amidst the units. It's FREE and located on the ground floor. You will need a key to access the laundry room.
The building is fob entry only, so you will need to go downstairs to let people in/ collect door dash etc.
Due to the Embassy building's historic designation, we are limited with regard to smart locks and remote access. We are not permitted to install smart locks with keypads or lockboxes outside the building, so you will need to be comfortable with using a call box to get buzzed into the building by us, as well downloading and using an app to access the unit.
These steps are only required for the initial check in. Once you have checked in, there will be a phyical key and fob available for you.
Additionally, as we need to be available to buzz you into the building on your initial arrival, please arrange to arrive at the building between 3pm and 8pm.
Trash & recycling are located on the ground floor outside.
In the event of a lockout please note we are only able to assist during business hours of 9am to 7pm.
If you are locked out outside of business hours because you lost or left your keys inside you are financially responsible for finding lodging or getting back into the unit.
