The condo was very clean, cute and comfortable. It was quiet and we sleep great The balcony with a dinner table was lovely and we ate dinner out there one night. It is just a few minutes to the public boat ramp and we went to disappearing Island. We have a small boat and we were able to park our trailer at the condo. If you have a large trailer that might be a challenge. We had a great time and enjoyed the game room, pool and hot tub.

Overall, it was a good stay. The company was attentive and friendly and communicated often, but not always with the appropriate information, i.e where to park, how to lock the entry door, how the dishwasher worked and the kitchen faucet, which was a tap faucet that was not explained. The company did take care of these issues once brought to their attention, and they gave us a small reduction in cost as a result. We were aware that there was scaffolding on the back side, which took away the view in that area. Lighting in the mbr and both bathrooms was inadequate. The TV in the mbr was older and needs to be replaced. The bed in the mbr was very comfortable, but you needed to use a step ladder to get on the bed. The condo was very neat and clean, location was ideal. It was relatively quiet when no one was working on the other condos. We were able to walk to many different venues, including the beach and restaurants
