Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Retreat

Hi! I’m Stephen! I’m originally from Pennsylvania and now living in the Dallas, TX with my wife Carol. We love traveling, spending time outdoors, and creating cozy spaces where people can relax and feel at home.

Hosting is something special to us; we put a lot of care into making sure our condo feels welcoming, comfortable, and perfect for families or a peaceful getaway. We’re always happy to help with anything you need during your stay.

We chose this neighborhood because it has always felt like the perfect Myrtle Beach getaway for our family. Since buying the condo in 2019, we have spent many vacations here and have made so many great memories with our sisters, nieces, nephews, and extended family.

What we love most is the relaxed beach atmosphere combined with how much there is to do nearby. The area has beautiful weather, easy beach access, great shopping, restaurants, family-friendly attractions, and plenty of activities for both kids and adults. It’s the kind of neighborhood where you can spend the day at the beach, go out for dinner, enjoy a fun activity, or simply relax and take in the ocean views.

For us, this place feels like a home away from home, and we love being able to share that same experience with our guests.

You’ll get the best of both worlds here: a comfortable oceanfront condo with access to great resort amenities. Sand Dunes Resort has indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, an arcade, and direct beach access, so there’s plenty to enjoy without having to go far.

The best part is the view. The condo has an amazing, uninterrupted view of the beach and ocean, and you can see down the coastline for miles in both directions. Whether you’re having coffee in the morning, relaxing after a day at the beach, or just taking in the ocean from inside, the view really makes the stay feel special.
