A perfect location in this quiet condominium on beach road in Kalim, only at walking distance of the vibrant Patong, and with a small beach just in front of the building.

The 105 sqm condo has a huge terrace and is located on ground floor. So easy access, no stairs (there are no elevators in the building) and with the ponds, garden and huge swimming pool just in front of you.

The 2 bedroom condo is renovated, but with respect for the traditional Thai style. New -silent- aircons make less noise and reduce the electricity bill. Double glazed windows reduce the noise and increase the insulation.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, blender and all utensils.

There is a western style laundry machine so you can wash any delicate clothing yourself, and let it dry in the garden behind the condo. Cleaning twice a week is included and towels/linen are changed once a week. You can also hand over your laundry to the cleaning lady at a reasonable fee.

3BB high speed Fiber and a smart TV is installed in the living room in case you want a relax Netflix evening, or if you need a high speed connection to work remotely.

This is a condominium where people live, not a hotel, so respect for other people is of high importance. No loud noise, no noise at all after 10pm, no reserving sunbeds, no glass in or around the pool.

Smoking cigars/cigarettes is only allowed at the pool bar. Marihuana is not allowed anywhere at the condominium or at the common areas of the buildings and vaping is illegal in Thailand. Not respecting any of these rules leads to eviction without refund and vaping/marihuana will be reported to the police.

Maximum 2 adults and 2 children (<18y) are allowed in the condo. No groups of men, no party people. Only the persons mentioned in the rental contract and whose passport we received in advance, will be allowed to enter the condo. If more -or other- people then mentioned in the contract show up, then access to all will be denied without a refund.

Parking for scooters is available without fee. Parking for 1 car is possible at 2,000 THB per week or 20,000 THB/year. If you come by car, we need to inform the office ahead of your arrival. If space is limited, priority will always be given to condo owners.

Always shower before entering the pool and wear proper swimming gear. "Reservation" of sunbeds is not allowed. Also do not put clothing or towels on the balconies. Clothing hangers are available at the terrace and at the backside of the condo.
