The space
Our property is on a quaint road right off of the highway, down a big hill right on the Irondequoit Bay. We have a stunning view of the water, and are surrounded by woods. It is truly a beautiful location any time of year, it’s hard to believe it’s only a short 15 minute drive from the city.

Please note that we do live right next door, and both work during the week. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood, so we kindly ask that quiet hours are respected, and the overall noise level be kept to a minimum. This property is best for chill and relaxing trips, and is not suited for parties or loud groups.

To enter the property there are stairs that bring you to the front door and private patio overlooking the water. The patio is private and has a stunning view and chic outdoor furniture.

The shared lower patio has the hot tub, hammock chair, with string lights hanging from the ceiling. It’s semi private with a great view of the bay. We’ve even seen shooting stars from the hot tub at night!

We have 1 kayak and 2 stand up paddle boards you are welcome to use during your stay. We also have life jackets for you to use as well- guests must bring a life jacket out on the water. We will provide the lock code to the water toys once a liability waiver is signed.

Down by the water there is a gravel area shared between the neighbors. We are happy to get a fire started for you down there!

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the apartment and attached private patio overlooking the Irondequoit Bay. There is full access to the hot tub and lower patio- a shared space but we will give you your privacy. Parking available for 2 cars only!

Please note that we live next door and have quiet hours that must be followed. This house is best suited for chill and relaxing trips, this house is not a good fit for those looking to have a party or be loud in the evenings.

Other things to note
There is a one lane private road to access the house, you will make a U- turn at the bottom of the big hill before coming down the one way. The car going down has the right of way.

There are about 10 stairs to access the house, as well as stairs inside to access the two bedrooms.

You may park directly in front of our house on the gravel driveway. You will see signs that parking is for 68 and 68 1/2 only. We have parking for 2 cars.
