The living room includes a sectional sofa and additional seating, offering a relaxing space to unwind after exploring the city. The family room is set up to be used as an additional living space or also works as a workspace or home office.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
Booking Requirements: In accordance with City of Portland regulations, we are required to collect the full legal names and home addresses of all guests on the reservation. This information must be provided no later than 48 hours before check‑in.

Parking: Off-street driveway parking is available for up to 3 standard-size vehicles. No street parking is available directly in front of the home, so additional vehicles may need to park around the block.

Security Cameras: For proper security, the exterior of the home is equipped with an exterior driveway camera and a Blink doorbell camera. These devices monitor exterior access areas only and do not monitor any interior spaces.

Location: The home is located on a busier road, and some street noise may be noticeable, particularly during daytime hours.
