We love the neighborhood, as it is safe and easy but not touristy. It is an easy walk to the beach and 5th Ave. Close to Paseo del Carmen, the international shopping & restaurant plaza on the south end of 5th Avenue, next to the Cozumel Pier.

The kitchen is fully equipped, giving you the freedom to prepare meals on your own schedule. When you need a break, the building’s rooftop offers hammocks and a 40cm shallow wading pool—designed as a refreshing spot to cool off and catch the afternoon breeze.

Situated in a clean and secure complex just outside the high-traffic tourist zones, the apartment provides a quiet atmosphere while remaining a short walk from local markets and authentic dining. We streamline long-term stays with a simple, all-inclusive billing model; your monthly rate covers electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and regular cleaning services. This unit offers a straightforward, professional environment for anyone visiting Playa del Carmen for a month or more.

From this location, everything you need is within walking distance. If you have a car, there is parking available, 5 spaces in front of the building, and street parking street as well. Taxis are very easy to get from this central location. The ADO bus station is only 8 blocks away.

Check in is 24 hours, after 3pm on your first day of rental. You will have a code and let yourself into your condo (provided in our arrival instructions) as soon as you arrive. No waiting for anyone!

We sell 5 gallon tanks of drinking water for 50 pesos or $3 USD.
