- This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home.

- Outdoor activities are prohibited between 9PM-8AM



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, except the shed in the backyard which is reserved for owner's storage.

This is a very charming, family neighborhood. It is not a good place for large gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. To help maintain a peaceful neighborhood, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours and respect the home’s maximum occupancy.

- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (weather, illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
