The space
The property includes two independent houses, each with its own character and private outdoor space.

The main house is bright and spacious and accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a large open-plan living area with a double bed on the mezzanine and two single beds in the main space. It also includes a fully equipped indoor kitchen, as well as indoor and outdoor dining areas. A comfortable sitting area at the front of the house offers a beautiful sea view.

The stone house is a traditional Mani house designed for 2 guests. It offers an open-plan space with a king-size bed, a bathroom, a small indoor kitchen, and a spacious outdoor kitchen and dining area under a shaded veranda.

Both houses are set a few meters apart, allowing guests to enjoy time together while maintaining privacy.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the house and its private outdoor areas, including shaded sitting spaces and dining areas.

The property is accessed through a remote-controlled gate and includes a private parking area.

Other things to note
Within walking distance, you will find a small minimarket in Kotronas, open daily, where you can buy fresh bread, fruit, and basic groceries.

For more restaurants, cafés, and shops, the charming towns of Areopoli (20 minutes by car) and Gythio (30 minutes by car) are well worth visiting.
