Our beautifully-remodeled Grand Blanc home features five bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a bright open-floor-plan living, dining, and kitchen area along with a dedicated workspace with a stand-up desk, dual-monitor, and comfy desk chair—plenty of space for family, friends, or group getaways!
Two king beds, two queen beds, an air mattress, a full-sized sofa bed, and a queen-sized murphy bed ensure everyone has room to unwind in comfort. Head outside to your private backyard oasis: a secluded limestone fire pit, grill, large lawn, and plenty of seating for cozy evenings under the stars. For wellness and fun, enjoy the fully heated and cooled gym—complete with free weights, elliptical, bike, yoga gear, sauna, and even a cold plunge! With parking for 4+ cars plus a 2-car garage, this home is perfect for both entertaining and relaxing. Whether you’re gathering around the fire, preparing a meal in the open and spacious kitchen, or rejuvenating in the spa-like gym, this is the ideal space for your next getaway.

The tri-level home features the kitchen, dining area, living room, three bedrooms (one king, two queen), one full bathroom, and our deck on the upper-level (up a flight of 6 stairs). The lower level features another full bathroom, one additional enclosed bedroom (king), our sleeping flex area with a murphy bed and pullout couch, laundry room, and the dedicated work-from-home area (down a flight of 6 stairs). Our home gym is also located on ground level through our garage (it's a garage itself, though it has a mini-split heating and cooling system).

Enjoy a seamless check-in experience with keyless digital access. Check-in anytime that fits your schedule, after 4:00 pm. If you’d like an early check-in, shoot us a message the day before your stay. If no other guest is checking out, you’re welcomed to check-in anytime!

Sink into soft, plush memory foam mattresses, hypoallergenic down alternative microfiber comforter, crisp clean linens, and extra blankets for the winter in each of our bedrooms. Stay rested with blackout drapes in each bedroom.

In addition to the two (2) king beds and two (2) queen beds, our space features a full-sized pullout couch, a queen-sized murphy bed, and a queen-sized air mattress. Plenty of extra linens and pillows are available to ensure groups of any size have a comfortable, restful stay.

99% of guests are visiting family, friends, on a work trip, or just exploring town. For anyone who intends to have a party, disturb the neighborhood, or in any other way violate our house rules, we want to make clear that:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us.
We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule.

Our driveway fits up to four cars (some in tandem) plus two cars in our garage.
Entry

The home is fully accessible via a YALE smart lock on the front door. To enter, type the code we provide in your reservation check-in instructions, and press the CHECK to unlock.
When leaving, type that same code followed by the CHECK mark and the deadbolt will close. The locks will also auto-lock after one minute if you forget to lock.
Our Availability

We are available whenever you need! Please feel free to reach out via the app or website you booked on with any specific questions. For any health emergencies, please dial 911. If a system malfunctions (i.e., hot water not functioning or a light has gone out), please send us a message on the app or website you booked on and we will be sure to address it in as short a time as possible (we usually respond within a few minutes). We also have handymen, electricians, plumbers, and landscapers with whom we work, so for any extenuating circumstances, we will happily bring them out to solve your issues post haste!
Extra Sleeping Arrangements

Air Mattress: Designed for camping, our air mattress is extra-sturdy and provides a wonderful sleeping space for two. To inflate, please plug in the pump and wait for it to charge. Once the light on it is solid (not blinking), unplug the pump, insert the end into the air mattress, and flip the switch to inflate.
Pullout Couch: Underneath the horizontal seat you will find two fabric handles. Pull them out from under the couch and raise up the extra mattress section from underneath the couch. Remove the couch pillows to make space for two!
Extra Linens: In a marked storage bin, you will find extra bath towels and hand towels, pillowcases, a comforter, and an extra set of sheets for the air mattress. Please grab a few pillows from the beds to use for the air mattress (each bed comes with 4 pillows).
House Rules

We love hosting folks, so we want to be as respectful as possible to our wonderful neighbors. Since we’re in a quiet neighborhood, we do ask that you follow a few easy rules:
- No parties & no overnight guests without prior approval. If you’re looking to host a small gathering, that’s probably ok but please let us know.
- Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm.
- Please leave your shoes at the door.
- No pets please, as many of the guests we host have allergies.
- No smoking - also, don't discard your cigarettes in house trash cans. They get stinky.
- If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
- Use of any exercise or fitness equipment (weights, bands, bike, bench, etc.) is strictly at your own risk. By booking and/or entering the property, all guests and visitors agree that the host/owner is not liable for any injury or accident. Children may not use the equipment without direct adult supervision.
Getting Around

Getting around from this Riverview Drive location is easiest by car, as it sits in a quiet residential area of Grand Blanc with quick access to nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment. Public transit is available through the Mass Transportation Authority (MTA) Flint, which connects to Flint and surrounding areas via nearby stops. The closest airport is Bishop International Airport (about 15–20 minutes), while Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport is about an hour away for broader flight options.
