It’s situated in a very communicative area, close to the bus stop and in front of supermarket LIDL. It's close to Medical, Dental and Economical University and Sea-Naval Academy too.
The apartment is comprised of 3 separate premises. Room 1 has double pull-out sofa, dining table, dresser, air-conditioner, TV with optical TV and optical internet. Room 2 has double pull-out sofa with convenient mattresses, wardrobe, spacious working desk. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge with a freezer, oven, hot water kettle, toaster, tableware. The bathroom has toilet and washing machine area. The terrace is small and cozy, with flowers and option for sitting there. Blue summer apartment accommodates 4 persons but there is an option to put baby cot and single air mattress.
