Resort architecture is constructed in the distinctive hacienda style, with rustic red tile roofs – giving the impression of a traditional Mexican village.

This magnificent one-bedroom master suite (850 sq ft/80 m2) with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa sleeps up to six. The suite features one bathroom, a private Jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace overlooking the resort garden, the adjoining golf course, or the Sea of Cortez. The spacious accommodation provides a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Free toiletries are available in the bathroom with shower.

The resort boasts a long and beautiful beach that is private, easily accessible, and offers breathtaking views, snorkeling opportunities, and a tranquil atmosphere. Spectacular whale watching opportunities are available for free from the infinity pool or the lounge beach chairs.

Los Cabos International Airport is located 30 minutes’ drive from Hacienda del Mar, while Cabo San Lucas is 15 minutes’ drive away.

About the all-inclusive
Hacienda del Mar runs an optional all-inclusive plan. You can stay room-only and eat wherever you want (the resort's restaurants are open à la carte, and there are excellent spots nearby), or you can add the AI plan at check-in.

Is this really a full 1-bedroom, or a studio?
Full 1-bedroom with a separate, closable bedroom door. The sofa bed is in the living room.

Can we actually cook in the kitchen?
Yes — full stove, oven, full-size fridge, coffee maker, dishes, cookware. Grocery delivery is easy in Cabo; we'll send you options.

Is the all-inclusive required?
No. You choose at check-in whether to add it. Ask us and we'll walk you through when it's worth it.

Is there a resort fee on top of the rental?
No surprise fees. Your rental covers the unit and full resort access. Food, drinks, spa, and any AI upgrade are on your tab if you choose them.

How far from the airport?
35 minutes from SJD. 45 minutes from the Cabo San Lucas ferry if you're coming in that way (rare).

Car or no car?
Up to you. The resort has restaurants and everything on site. A car is useful if you want to explore the corridor, go to San José del Cabo's art walk, or head to Todos Santos. We'll send our rental recommendation.
