Blackberry Bluff is a newly built luxury cabin in Red River Gorge, tucked at the quiet end of Cliffview Resort with a light-filled modern lodge feel, sunset cliff views, and room for 16 guests.

Bedrooms & Baths

The Space
Blackberry Bluff was designed for group stays that need both shared gathering space and privacy. The main floor is open, bright, and view-focused; the lower level is built for entertainment; and the sleeping layout gives families and friend groups multiple private rooms plus a dedicated queen bunk room.

Main Floor
The main floor has vaulted ceilings, exposed timber beams, a stone fireplace, and a dramatic wall of windows looking out over the ravine. The living area centers around a large sectional and 75" TV, with the kitchen, island, and dining table all connected in one open gathering space.

The kitchen is equipped for group meals, with cookware, appliances, serving pieces, and an espresso coffee bar. The dining table and island seat 12+ together, with extra seating available if needed.

Lower Level
The lower level is the main entertainment space, with a game room, built-in queen bunk room, and direct access toward the patio, hot tub, and fire pit area.
Guests can enjoy a pool table, karaoke system, Legends Ultimate arcade, 70" TV, card table, dartboard, and board games.

Outdoor Space
The upper deck has the grill, outdoor dining, lounge space, and views over the ravine. Below, the 7-person hot tub and fire pit lounge are just steps from the patio, making it easy for the group to move between indoor hangouts and outdoor evenings.
