This charming two-story home offers a great location with easy access to Broad Ripple, Butler University, the Monon Trail, and a wide selection of local restaurants, bars, and unique shops. The main level features an open kitchen with a breakfast bar and a cozy dining nook, perfect for casual meals and conversation, along with a convenient half bathroom.



The living and dining areas are designed for gathering, with comfortable seating for 6–8 guests and additional seating at the kitchen counter. Just off the main area, a spacious step-down family room provides extra space to unwind and includes a couch that converts into a queen-size pull-out bed—ideal for accommodating additional guests.



Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, along with a full bathroom. A dedicated laundry area is located in the basement for added convenience. Outside, the fully fenced yard is surrounded by mature trees and features a patio and fire pit—perfect for relaxing evenings or entertaining with friends and family.

This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front entrance, side porch, driveway, and backyard. These are motion activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, we have a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with the cameras or sensor will result in additional fees.
