Indulge in the perfect blend of relaxation and play at this four-bedroom, two bath soundfront retreat, just 10 minutes from the beach. With two queen beds, one king and bunk beds there is space for everyone to unwind in style. Start your mornings with coffee in hand as you watch the sunrise over the water, then spend your day paddle boarding along the sound. Ease into the hot tub at sunset, enjoy elevated game nights with foosball, shuffleboard and darts and end the evening gathered around the fire pit under the stars. This is the perfect getaway in Kill Devil Hills on the beautiful Colington Island!

This spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and offers beautiful direct views of the sound—ideal for relaxing and making lasting memories.

The main level features an open-concept layout with a bright family room, fully equipped kitchen, eat-in dining area, and a coffee/tea bar to start your mornings right. Enjoy your favorite shows on the 65” Smart TV with Roku. This level also includes three bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with full-size bunk beds—as well as a full bathroom. Just off the living space, a three-season sunroom provides a cozy seating area overlooking the water.

Downstairs, you’ll find a second kitchen, a king bedroom, a full bathroom, and a large entertainment area perfect for unwinding. Enjoy the 55” TV, darts, shuffleboard, and foosball table—great for guests of all ages. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Step outside to enjoy the private hot tub, or take the two paddleboards out on the water (stored along the side of the house). In the evening, gather around the fire pit and take in stunning sunset views over the sound. (Firewood is not provided but can be purchased at nearby store). A ground-level storage area includes beach chairs and paddles for guest use.

We provide all linens, bath towels, and essential kitchen supplies to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

As our guest, you’ll also have access to the community clubhouse and pool. A $2 refundable deposit is required for a pool wristband. The pool is open seasonally from May 23 through September 7, with hours from 11 AM to 7 PM. Community activities include adult volleyball on Mondays, kids’ volleyball on Fridays, and a fun Friday night burger event ($7 per meal).
