Our guests enjoy full private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the pool and BBQ grill. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, parking for up to 6 vehicles, a coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The area is a peaceful, well-established community featuring a blend of single-family homes, townhomes, and condos. It offers convenient access to nearby parks, schools, and shopping centers, along with a variety of local restaurants and cafés. The Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is also just a short drive away.

Here are a few convenient ways to get around the area:

**By car:** Downtown Plantation is just a short 10-minute drive, and street parking is generally easy to find nearby.
**By bus:** Broward County Transit Route 28 stops within a few blocks of the home and operates daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
**By taxi or rideshare:** Uber, Lyft, and local taxi services are readily available throughout the area.

Commercial use of the property, including any filming or video recording for business purposes, is strictly prohibited.

A standard $1,500 refundable security deposit is required prior to arrival. A $1000 additional deposits may apply in the following cases:

* Local resident bookings
* Reservations made within 7 days of check-in
* 2-night stays

Security deposits can´t be paid with a credit card.

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*

The payment of a $1500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.
Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

If the booking is for local residents, an additional deposit will be required.

If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit.

The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses with more than 5 bedrooms.

A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.
