Welcome to our home in The Aspens at Eagles Nest. It is a comfortable house to have fun and relax for a large family, a group of friends or multiple families. You'll enjoy mountain views, a cozy fireplace, fast Wifi, and private hot tub. The home is located minutes from world class skiing (Breckenridge 25min, Keystone 15min, Copper 15min, Vail 30min), as well as a 10min drive to Lake Dillon, and 5min to restaurants/shops. We are surrounded by hiking/biking trails. Our location is the perfect base for enjoying all the activities that make Summit County a year-round destination.

Our space is thoughtfully designed to accommodate groups, families or couples wanting time away to relax and connect. You enter the house into the living area with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. Cozy up on the plush sectional sofa in front of the fireplace and watch a movie on of 65” smart ROKU TV. Or feel free to grab some games or puzzles from the living room cabinet. The living room flows into the spacious dining room which comfortably accommodates up to 8 people at the dining table, making it perfect for family gatherings or group meals. Kitchen bar seating is also available for 2 extra guests. Walk into the updated kitchen where you can enjoy a homemade meal prepared in our fully stocked kitchen. You should find everything you need including air fryer, toaster, Keurig coffee maker (also regular drip coffee available and French press), dishwasher, crockpot, etc.
The first of 3 bedrooms offers a king bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and separate sink so it’s easy for everyone to get ready. Store everything you bring with you in the walk-in closet. There is also a smart ROKU TV in this room where you can lay in bed or sit in the cozy chair and watch your favorite show. The second bedroom offers 2 twin over full sturdy bunk beds (appropriate for both adults and children). This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Look in the closet for some kid friendly toys and books! These bedrooms are both upstairs and offer mountain views. The downstairs bedroom offers a queen bed as well as a desk perfect for working from home. This bedroom is connected to the bathroom (which also connects to the kitchen) and has a shower.
The backyard has a private hot tub. During summer months there is small grass area and outdoor seating for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors.
You also have access to park one medium sized car in the garage and space for a 2nd car in the driveway. You are welcome to use the full-size laundry if needed.

There is a walking path just steps from the house leading to the newly expanded Trent Park featuring a playground, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, picnic areas and small fishing pond (summer) and pump tracks for biking. A quick 3-minute drive gets you to Raven Golf Club At Three Peaks. Willowbrook Trailhead is also a quick 5-minute drive. This trailhead offers a plethora of hiking options including trails into Eagles Nest Wilderness/Gore Mtn year-round. The bike path that goes along the Blue River and into town is just across Hwy 9. You are also a 5–10-minute drive from several shops and restaurants.
It's an excellent location for both relaxation and convenience to mountain activities!
