A short walk to the chairlifts, shops and dining at Main Street Station. Guests love this area for ease of walkability to/from all the action and activities in Breckenridge. There is also a nearby free shuttle stop for quick and easy transportation to other areas of the ski resort, the Breckenridge Gondola, or just about anywhere in Summit County.

ACCESS: This home has a flat driveway and is in a neighborhood with paved roads, however, ALL Breckenridge visitors need 4WD/AWD for safe transportation to and around town.

Per HOA rules, guests are not permitted to have pets; however, the homeowners bring their cat for their visits, therefore, this home cannot be considered free of pet allergens.
