I Manage all my own bookings for my homes. And i do all my own maintenance. I was one of the first vacation rentals in the greater Newport area when I started.

There is plenty of room in our great room for our family and friends to hang out and visit while viewing the beach and boats coming and going from the historic bayfront.

We have found that Newport has a small town feel but plenty of things to do, stroll the bayfront, or the beach, go crabbing, hiking, golfing and numerous places to eat.

The neighborhood consists mainly of long term Home owners. i have the only vacation rentals in the neighborhood. Please respect my neighbors.
