The Space

This two-story container home offers a unique layout with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating guests while providing privacy.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: Located on the left side of the structure, this room is separate from the main home, with its own private entrance from the deck and an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Located on the right side of the home and connected through a Jack-and-Jill bathroom that also links to the main living space.

Family Room: A cozy common area with a TV, perfect for relaxing.

Laundry Area: Washer available for guest use.

Second Floor

Bedroom 3: Located above the second bedroom, offering elevated views of the property and surrounding nature.

Kitchen & Dining Area: A bright and functional space to cook and enjoy meals together.

Outdoor Living

The home is accessed via a covered deck, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the shade.

At the center of the property, you`ll find the pool area, surrounded by open space with plenty of sunshine—perfect for cooling off after a beach day or simply enjoying the tropical atmosphere.
- No pets, no events or parties, no smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes/drugs allowed
- Please be mindful of noise level at all times; however, quiet hours are set after 8pm.
- No use of glass around or in the pool, please use plastic.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
